Office signage is the set that names everything inside a workplace: door and suite plates, department and meeting room identification, reception and lobby signs, and the ADA tactile signage the building needs alongside them. It works when it is produced as one matched set rather than ordered a sign at a time, which is how most offices end up with three different styles on one floor.
We’ll happily make you one sign. But the reason facility managers keep our number is that we can do the entire floor in one pass and have it all match.
One substrate, one typeface, one mounting method across every door in the package.
Insert-holder plates and slider systems mean staff churn doesn't generate a new purchase order every month.
Permanent room signs fall under the 2010 ADA Standards — tactile characters, Grade 2 Braille, non-glare finish and 48"–60" mounting. We design and install to that standard.
We can handle many signs at once when a fit-out schedule demands it.
Add a suite next year and it comes out identical to the ones we hung this year.
Our crew measures, levels and mounts on site across the tri-county area.

Office signage is small, it’s everywhere, and it’s the first thing that gives a space away. A mismatched door plate reads as “nobody’s minding this building” faster than almost anything else in the fit-out.

Room identification, suite numbers and name plates — produced as one matched run so every door on the floor agrees with every other door.

Room signs with slide-in or magnetic inserts, so a room rename or an in-use indicator doesn't mean reordering the sign.

Dimensional lettering and acrylic standoff panels behind reception — the piece every visitor photographs without meaning to.
Send us the floor plan or a photo of what’s there now. We’ll quote the matched set and schedule the install around your tenants.
Offices re-arrange constantly. The practical answer is to decide up front which signs are permanent and which are meant to change, and build the changeable ones with inserts so renaming a room is a panel swap rather than a new sign.
That one decision is usually the difference between signage that survives a reorganisation and signage that gets quietly replaced with printed paper in a plastic sleeve.
Most of this work arrives attached to a date: a fit-out completing, a lease starting, a floor handing over. Tell us the date on the first call and we will schedule backwards from it and confirm what is achievable before you commit. We work around occupancy where a floor is already in use, including outside business hours, so staff are not displaced.
We cover Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade, and we come to you to survey and measure.
Signs that identify a permanent room or space, such as restrooms, stairwells and numbered offices and suites, need to meet the 2010 ADA Standards: tactile characters, Grade 2 Braille, non-glare finish, correct contrast, and mounting between 48 and 60 inches. Signage that only carries a company name or a directional arrow generally does not. We will tell you which of your signs fall on which side before you order.
Usually. Send photos, dimensions and any brand guidelines you have. We will match substrate, colour and typeface, or say plainly if a fresh set will look better than a patched one.
There is no minimum. Most of our office work is by the floor or by the building, but if you need three signs we will make three signs.
Yes, if we build it that way from the start. Insert-holder plates and slider systems let you swap a name or a room status in seconds. It is worth specifying up front if you have any staff churn at all.
We install. Design, production and professional installation are included on every project, and that has been true since day one.
